Food Styling for Nando’s New Mozambican Basting Sauce

We felt proud and patriotic to be part of this of campaign, launching Nando’s new Mozambican paprika basting sauce.  This sauce is an inspired flavour cue and gives a delicious alternative to the other already entrenched flavours in the Nando’s collection  What was captivating about this job was the variety of fresh ingredient we used to showcase the new sauce. Food styling for KitKat

During a recent food styling exercise, these fun KitKat videos were created by using stop frame animation over a period of three days in order to get the desired effect. We had to produce 12 milk tarts, and nine layered Christmas trifles in various sized glass bowls and dishes, so that they would not diminish the hero, the KitKat. The bases for the Black Forest Cake had to be baked four days in advance to make them stale, therefore making them easier to slice and perform under camera.  Cake crumbs were meticulously glued back with Vaseline.
