Convened by professional food stylists Natalie & Annaleze, this course is designed to help budding food stylists, freelancers, chefs, bloggers, writers, marketers, flavour developers or artisan food producers understand what it takes to make food look its best.
This 6-day foundation course is unique in that it is commercially focused.
It not only provides vital styling and photography skills, but the lecturers will also take you through the basics of working with clients in a variety of food and media industries to give you the most comprehensive insight into the world and possibilities that food styling has to offer.

The first part of the course will take you behind the scenes to see what is involved in preparing a dish for the perfect shot. From interpreting a brief and compiling a cost estimate, to selecting props and backgrounds and preparing food, to basic camera techniques and the use of lighting to get the pic just right.

The second part of the course includes a one-on-one practical styling session with a professional food photographer so that you will leave Runway Radish with your very own styled and professionally shot images for your portfolio – the key to any successful career.
