INDEMNITY
In accepting this order and confirming the booking, we hereby indemnify Runway Radish, its directors, agents (whether authorised or not), employees, servants, representatives and officers for any claim that may arise against Runway Radish for any loss, damage (including direct, indirect and consequential damages and/or loss of profits), costs (including legal costs on the scale as between attorney and client and any additional legal costs), expenses and/or liability (whether actual, contingent or otherwise) of whatever nature and however arising or caused (including liability in terms of section 60 and 61 of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008), which NOSA or any third party may suffer, incur or sustain or which may arise, directly or indirectly as a result of the personal injury or death of our employees and/or representatives whilst they undertake training presented by Runway Radish.
I have read and agree to the terms and conditions. I am aware that it is my responsibility to contact Runway Radish if I do not receive an acknowledgement of this booking. I agree to my details being added to Runway Radish’s database in order that information relating to my booking can be sent to me.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full course fee to be received within 4 weeks prior to course commencement date. Payments must be done via Electronic Funds Transfer only. Please send Proof of Payment to info@runwayradish.co.za. Unless formerly agreed in writing, or otherwise stated on the registration form, payment is to be made in South African Rands (ZAR).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability upon receipt of a signed registration form. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
In the event of cancellation by the student or non-attendance, the course fee will not be refunded.
NOT TRANSFERABLE UNLESS BY written application. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the course commencement at no additional charge provided the substitution meets the minimum entry requirements as stipulated in the relevant course overview.
Runway Radish reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course should insufficient bookings be received. You are advised not to make travel and any accommodation reservations until your booking and course has been confirmed.
Runway Radish will try to confirm your reservations as soon as possible to allow ample time to make travel and accommodation arrangements. If, for any reason, a course should be cancelled or postponed, Runway Radish will not be responsible for refunding airfare, accommodation or any other travel costs incurred by the client(s).
If the conveners (for any reason) cancel a course, monies paid will be refunded in full to the client. Refunds to the client will bear no interest.

Entry requirements: Please ensure that you meet the minimum requirements as stipulated in our course details.
Courses: All training material and presentations are in English.
Certificates: These are issued only upon a candidate being found competent and full payment received.
